December Challenge




The energy with the November challenge has been infectious. Let's finish out the year strong! 

The December Challenge is here and it is the month of JOY! Choose from the following options to celebrate your JOY!

1) Set a monthly goal. Post JOYful selfies with friends along the way for us to cheer you on!

2) Post how you are enJOYing the holidays!

3) Celebrate the JOY of strength training with some weekly challenges:

Week 1 - 25 jumping jacks
Week 2 - 25 squats
Week 3 - 25 lunges (each leg)
Week 4 - 25 pushups

You can add on each exercise per week for an added challenge or just do the week's challenge. Whatever brings you JOY!
