April Challenge - This month is all about hydration!




Welcome to the April Challenge Event!! If you’re new to our monthly challenges, here’s how it works. Every month we host a challenge to help improve personal accountability and motivation to reach our goals. Challenges are also a great way to provide support and encouragement to each other. You can join our monthly challenges at ANY point during the month!

We’ve all heard the old saying, “April showers bring May flowers.” Although, lately it seems like March is the new April with all this RAIN! Anyway, it is officially race season (YAY!)…whether you are preparing for a 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or ultra, hydration is vital! In honor of race season and April Showers…we bring you the April Hydration Challenge. This month, let’s motivate each other to drink more water! We invite you to FLOOD the challenge page (pun intended) with pics of your favorite beverage/electrolytes, recipes for your favorite smoothies, tips/tricks for drinking more water or simply fun memes/infographics about hydration!






For those of you that want a bit more of a physical challenge this month, we are also including a BONUS plank challenge!!! Feel free to print off the charts for tracking hydration/planks, and share your success often!






As with all of our challenges, upgrade, downgrade or modify exercises to fit your personal fitness level.

In addition to hydrating and planking, don’t forget to set a monthly mileage goal and update us regularly on how it is going. Please track your own mileage.
