February Challenge

MRTT SRTT February Challenge


Welcome to the February Challenge Event!! For new members, every month we host a challenge to help keep us motivated to reach our goals. Many individuals are preparing for spring races and increasing mileage each week. What better way to keep the momentum going than a STREAK!

You asked, and we heard you!! February challenge is a fun challenge that can be adapted to fit everyone’s unique goals and needs! The goal is to complete a minimum of one mile every day. That’s right. One mile. Every day. One mile running, walking, biking, swimming, rowing, elliptical, stair-stepper…or any variation of cardio in which mileage can be calculated. 

Since February is also a month of love, we also encourage you post a daily picture/comment of something you LOVE. Something you love about yourself, something you love about a fellow MRTT/SRTT member, something you love about running…anything! Do not feel like you have to post every day…you can post your progress daily or weekly. We want to cheer you on!

Do not want to do the 1 mile streaking challenge? No worries...join in the challenge, post your monthly mileage goal and report to us regularly on how it’s going. Please track your own mileage and update your miles in your post. Make the challenge work for you! The most important thing is to remember to run with JOY!
