January 30 for 30 Challenge

 

Welcome to the SRTT Lou January 2024 Monthly Challenge!

This month we are doing a 30 for 30 Challenge! It’s pretty simple - Commit to some sort of movement for 30 mins a day for a 30-day streak! (aka - We’re going streaking!) The challenge runs from January 1 - January 31.






  • It can be ANY movement - running, walking, biking, yoga, stretching, swimming, lifting, etc. It can also be a total of 30 minutes a day from shorter times and does not have to be 30 minutes consecutively!
  • BTW - don’t forget to share what your goals for January are with the group for support, accountability, and motivation. This challenge should help make progress towards those goals easy if you follow the streak! (because #consistencyiskey)
  • We’ll do a weekly check-in on Tuesdays (in the private Facebook group) for everyone to comment on but you are also welcome to post daily!
  • And…. for those that love to color and keep track of their streak, there are 2 coloring files attached based on your preference for 2024 as well as links to PDF to print.
